It is common in our human experience that we all reach a point in our lives where we would like some change. Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Cognitive hypnotherapy approaches the subconscious area of the mind, separate from the conscious mind. This is the area of the mind which is capable of making decisions and producing its own behaviour. This is where all problem patterns are stored and maintained. In Cognitive Hypnotherapy, we believe that, because the unconscious mind seeks to protect us by keeping us away from situations that have brought us pain in the past, when a similar situation occurs we become emotionally hijacked by our unconscious mind. This results in behaviour we can’t control or explain.
